How we make money
KnitPlainly is supported by two revenue sources: display advertising served by Google AdSense and affiliate commissions from qualifying product purchases made through our outbound links. These do not cost you extra.
Display advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads on our pages. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing history. We do not choose the individual ads that appear. If you see an ad that violates our values or Google’s policies, please report it through the ad itself or contact us.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers (for example, Amazon, LoveCrafts, or yarn shops) are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a small commission. We do not receive compensation to recommend specific products, and we do not claim hands-on testing for products we have not used.
Editorial independence
Product picks and technique advice are based on published specifications, standard knitting references, and material properties. Affiliate relationships do not determine what we recommend.
